I'm so glad you're over.... No..no...that's not what I meant to say...... how should I say this......
OK, I'm thinkin' I'll try again when I'm more inspired. I think I'll take a moment to read, relax, take a warm shower before I try again.
Shame is never OK -- especially when dealing with Mental llness
